2011 Quilt Raffle

The Ohio Star quilt raffle was held on 20 December 2011 at noon at GMA international headquarters.  The drawing was done by two of our faithful volunteers, Sarah and Leta. 

The winner of the quilt is Sylvia Wolfer of Eugene, OR, USA.   Sylvia and her husband Bob are friends of GMA and enjoyed their visit to Morocco when they were serving as guesthouse hosts in Spain for two months in 2009.  Sylvia entered the raffle to support GMA and the work the organization does to help others.

Many thanks to the creator and donor of this fabulous work of art, Gwen Hillius.  The money raised from this endeavor will be used to further GMA’s humanitarian work in Morocco.
